QR Codes

QR codes are a great tool to gain insight into your direct mail tracking and enhance your cross-channel customer experience with personalized QR codes. Typing a URL that you received in the mail presents several challenges. It’s inconvenient and leaves a lot of room for human error (typos). Change of Address

We will take your target list (or create one on your behalf) and process it through the National Change of Address database. This will flag any addresses of targets that have moved. If the target is still within the geographic target area, we can update the list to send the mail piece to their new address. If they are no longer within your target market, we can remove that record from your mailing list.

Your customer database should always have the freshest address data. Sometimes customers will not report their move and provide a new address. Our services can make sure your customer addresses are up to date.

Address Standardization

You may have the right address, but is it complete and properly formatted? Our CASS services (Coding Accuracy Support System) will make sure your list is ready to ship out.

When we process an address file, misspellings or incomplete addresses are corrected, and addresses are formatted to meet USPS standards. Our CASS services also update any outdated addresses and verify that the address is valid, ensuring the USPS can deliver your mail pieces as marked.
